Ashley Matho's Philosophy

When it comes to beautiful makeup, that is what comes most naturally for Ashley, therefore, making her work with Brides very sought after.   Brides and models alike, want to look beautiful; like themselves, but more defined, refined and flawless.   Ashley ’ s talents are not limited to beauty, but this is definitely her specialty.   Her contouring and highlighting techniques bring out one ’ s features so that the eye is drawn to one ’ s natural beauty, not the color of the eyeshadow or lipstick the model or bride is wearing.

Experience

Ashley has over 10 years experience in the makeup industry. Her talent began in childhood through painting, drawing portraitures and then became realized while in college and began working for Prescriptives Cosmetics. Ashley ’ s talent earned her numerous sales awards, trips to NY to work with renowned makeup artists and for the past 7 years, worked as a freelance regional makeup artist for Lanc ô me.

Ashley has lived in Washington DC and worked with several national makeup artists at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom & Saks 5th Avenue. Ashley ’ s work has been featured on Ch. 19 Morning Show, the Cincinnati Enquirer, Cincinnati Wedding Magazine, Panasonic Industrial Film, Toys for Tots/Orange County Choppers Campaign Poster, Campaign Poster, Karen North CD Cover, Models ’ Composition Cards, makeup for Ethicon Endosurgery Corporate Video, 2006-2007, Bridalrama Billboard.
